This page explains what Fly Legacy Aviation ("we," "us") collects when you register for the September 8, 2026 Piedmont Airlines information session, how we use it, and who we share it with. What we collect
Everything on this page comes from the registration form. We collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your mobile phone number
- Whether you are a current Fly Legacy student
- Where you are in your flight training
- How many guests you plan to bring
- Your consent to be contacted by text message and email about this event
Our form provider also records standard technical information when you submit — the date and time of submission, your IP address, and your browser type — as a record that consent was given.
Why we collect it
- To confirm your registration and send you the event details
- To send you a reminder before the session by email and text message
- To plan seating, headcount and materials for the room
- To follow up with you after the event about flight training at Fly Legacy Aviation
- To keep a record that you consented to be contacted
Who we share it with
Piedmont Airlines. Piedmont is presenting at this event, and we may share your registration details with them so they can follow up about the Cadet Program. This is stated on the registration form and your consent covers it. Once Piedmont receives your information, their own privacy practices apply to how they use it.
Service providers. We use third parties to run this registration and communicate with you. They process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel) — hosts the registration form and stores your record, and sends our confirmation and reminder emails and text messages
- Netlify — hosts this page
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this page
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Text messages
By checking the consent box on the form, you agree to receive text messages from Fly Legacy Aviation about this event and related flight training programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it
We keep your registration record in our customer system so we can follow up about flight training. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details below.
